When you are stressed or overwhelmed, do you find yourself shopping, snacking, drinking or using other potentially unhealthy habits to temporarily relieve stress to make you feel good? When we react to stress in these automatic ways, it's like pushing our "easy buttons." These are not healthy long-term responses or solutions to managing difficult emotions. There are many healthier ways to respond to stress that we often forget! 

Join Trish Hart, a Benson Henry Institute trained SMART facilitator, to discover what your personal “reset buttons” are. You can learn healthy long-term solutions to rewire how you choose to respond to stress. You will leave this session with a list of "reset buttons" that you can post in your office, on your phone, or anywhere that help remind you of restorative ways to respond to stress. Please have a pen and paper available for this session.
