Instructor: Ed Melaugh. Get in shape and protect yourself with this unique FUN fitness defense program. The program is taught by seasoned Fitness and Martial art experts. You will never get bored with our fitness routines, always something different and new, getting in shape has never been so much fun and the added self-defense knowing how to kick and punch effectively will build yourself confidence and it will keep you wanting to come back for more. Try it out what do you have to lose besides inches and weight.
