Thank you for your interest in the 2019 Woburn Backyard Classic Tournament.  The event will be held on Saturday, January 5th and Sunday, January 6th, 2019, and is hosted by the City of Woburn Department of Recreation. Inclement Weather Dates are the following weekend on Saturday, January 12th and Sunday, January 13th, 2019.
 
 
The weekend-long tournament is a family friendly event that will bring everybody together for some great fun! Pull your team together- adults, men and women, over the age of 21 - and come play with your neighbors.  Team members must consist of Woburn residents or former Woburn resident with the exception of 3 players.  The tournament format will be 3 on 3.  There will be two divisions that will provide a competitive atmosphere for all players and skill levels interested in playing.
 
 
This packet of information will give you all the details about the event, the registration process and the tournament rules and policies.  Completed registration packets and the team registration fee must be received by the Recreation Department by Monday, December 31, 2018.

The first day to drop off Registration Packets will be Monday November 26, 2018.Teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis until all teams are filled.  Registration is not complete until the team registration fee is received by the Department of Recreation.
 
 
You will be contacted to confirm that your registration is complete and that your team has been entered into the tournament.  Please make sure you include a valid and active email address so we can keep you updated with the most current information. Email is our preferred method of communicating with the teams.
