De-stress with Sally in Gentle Mindful Yoga. This class is  designed to leave you calm while allowing you to stretch and strengthen your  body. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and body, while building heat, strength and flexibility. Appropriate  for all levels. Sally is the owner of Revive Mindfulness and has been teaching since 2013.  **Yoga mat needed.
