Instructor: Kristen Herlihy. Does it ever seem like no matter what you do, sugars always seem to sneak into our family’s favorite foods?  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, “about one in five school-aged children (ages 6–19) has obesity,” and hidden sugar can contribute to that slow weight gain as our children age.  Learn how to not only spot these hidden sugars on nutrition facts labels, but how to make healthy substitutions for your family today.  Taught by certified health coach and mom of 2, Kristen Herlihy with 411 Health and Wellness, get the skills that you need today to keep your children healthy for a lifetime.
