Janet Lees, Instructor. Janet will instruct you in basic Hatha Yoga poses. Designed for students needing instruction, using simple asanas to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance. This class allows movement on mat and chair, while developing breathing and balance. Yoga mat, block, belt, and blanket are needed for this class.
