Enjoy a total body workout that will allow you to remain active and independent throughout your later years. This class is designed to increase strength, improve bone density, boost energy, diminish joint stiffness, reduce fall risk and enhance mental focus. Suitable for both beginners and advanced exercisers. Please bring 3-5lb weights to class.
