Vinnie Ferlisi, Instructor. We will prepare a Lobster Scampi using a live lobster. Basic knife skills will be applied to this class. Tools you will need are a 6-8 quart pot, chefs knife, sauté pan, cutting board, tongs, and kitchen towel. Also a 6 quart pan to boil pasta. You may bring any other tools and knives to class to make your experience easier.
