Vinnie Ferlisi, Instructor. Learn to make gnocchi from scratch. We will pre cook the potatoes and prepare a couple of quick delicious sauces to go with them. Tools you will need to bring are 2 sauté pans, 4-6 quart pot, cutting board, chef knife, colander, tongs and a kitchen towel. You may bring any other tools and knives to class to make your experience easier.
