Vinnie Ferlisi, Instructor. Frying will be the focus of this class along with knife skills. Tools you need are 3 bowls or plates for flour, egg, breadcrumbs. Chef Knife, cutting board, sauté pan, baking dish, cheese grater, tongs, and kitchen towels. 4-6 quart pot, wooden spoon. Be prepared to make marinara sauce tonight. You may bring any other tools and knives to class to make your experience easier.
