Brenda Jo Hubbard, Instructor. Combining some aerobics and an endurance segment, this 45 minute class targets heart, muscles, coordination, and core strength. Training all these components will help you manage everyday tasks easier and with less effort. Bring your own resistance bands, and a mat for core work. You'll also have a blast with the simple, yet exciting cardio segment that will vary each week. Have fun and work at your own pace. All levels of fitness are welcome.
