This unique camp, run by Freddy, designed for children to participate in group fitness classes and activities that are different each week. Freddy will encourage fun competition throughtout the class, promoting positive results. This class is for all fitness levels! Freddys Hawaiian Punch is a family friendly atmosphere. This class will enhance conditioning while improving your confidence.
What we will do in this class....
15 Minutes of warming up
30 Minutes of working out
Then we will end the class with 15 minutes of fun competitions
