"This class will focus on gentle movements coordinated with breath and will create a
state of physical and emotional well-being.  The class is suitable
for all fitness levels.

o   Improve your balance, flexibility, and posture

o   Release tension, stress, and anxiety

o   Learn meditation and relaxation techniques

o   Leave class renewed and refreshed
