Vinnie “The Shoe” Ferlisi, Instructor. Woburn Public Media Centers "Easy Gourmet" Vinnie Ferlisi will be hosting and teaching a gourmet cooking class. This class will involve knife skills, sauté' techniques, and preparing easy delicious recipes from the show and my recipe repertoire. The class will be six weeks. This will include appetizers, entrees', and deserts. The class will be hands on and instruction. You may eat that food at class or take it home. Whatever works for you. First class you will need a chef's knife, cutting board, clean chef towel, "V" tongs, other cooking tools that make you comfortable and take home containers. Last half hour of class if for clean-up.
